Job summary

Job description

Our client, a leading Renewable Energy Investor, are currently recruiting for an experienced Investment Manager to join their team in Dublin. The Investor will play a key role in originating and executing investments across electrification enabling infrastructure, solar, wind and energy storage assets.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Origination and screening of new investment opportunities across electrification infrastructure, renewables and energy storage.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, sponsors, advisors and wider industry participants.
• Leading and coordinating end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, project finance, structuring and negotiation.
• Preparing and presenting high-quality investment papers to senior management and the Investment Committee.

Requirements for this Role

• 6-10 years' experience in an investment or M&A advisory environment with extensive knowledge of renewable energy, energy storage and electrification infrastructure assets.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with the ability to assess complex project finance structures and understand key value drivers/return metrics.
• Demonstrated experience leading the full transaction lifecycle, from origination through to execution.
