Job summary

Elevate Partners in Dublin is partnering with a renewables platform to appoint a Corporate Finance Associate Director to join its Irish energy team and drive the next phase of growth.

You will lead financing, build advanced financial models, and provide analysis for investment decisions within a dynamic renewables portfolio.

The role requires 8+ years in project or corporate finance with strong modelling, debt and equity experience and professional qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CFA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project finance or corporate finance
• Experience evaluating investments from both debt and equity perspectives
• Renewables/infrastructure experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the financing of utility-scale renewable projects
• Raise and negotiate project-level debt and equity financing
• Lead financial modelling, investment analysis, due diligence and transaction execution
• Assess project economics, investment returns and capital structures
• Work closely with banks, infrastructure investors and institutional capital providers
• Support the evaluation and financing of new development opportunities
• Provide commercial and financial input into key investment decisions
• Work directly with senior management on broader corporate finance and strategic initiatives
• Help drive the continued growth, optimisation and development of the Irish energy portfolio
