Job summary

Fortis Recruitment is seeking a Transfer Agency Associate to join the Dublin Shareholder Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will act as the main contact for investors, manage onboarding, and perform quality checks to maintain regulatory and service standards.

You will review FATCA/CRS documentation, manage relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders, and coordinate with international offices to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transfer Agency or Investor Services within funds.
• AML experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for investors, building relationships to support key interactions.
• Manage client onboarding and perform quality checks throughout the process.
• Review FATCA/CRS documentation and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Own relationship management with clients, General Partners and internal/external stakeholders.
• Pre-empt and resolve service issues end-to-end, ensuring timely client communication.
• Coordinate with business partners across multiple international offices to hit internal KPIs.
