Northern Trust is seeking a meticulous Investor AML support specialist for our Ireland operations. You will review investor documentation and perform timely, accurate workload processing in line with AML procedures.

You will escalate issues to management while keeping stakeholders informed across Ireland, Bangalore and Pune. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of day-to-day Investor AML processes and the wider funds administration business.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Effective risk management.
• Ability to research and understand issues and deliver solutions with line management.
• Some knowledge of the global Investor AML regulatory environment.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications relating to designated areas of responsibility.
• Understand and implement principles of quality delivery.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Can work under pressure and unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of workload including transaction monitoring and screening alerts.
• Review investor documentation and transitions in Ireland per AML processes.
• Escalate complex issues to line management with professionalism and timely updates.
• Coordinate with Ireland, UK, Bangalore and Pune teams to meet audit and compliance standards.
• Maintain up-to-date AML knowledge and promote enhancements to processes.
