Job summary

Utmost Group is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to cover maternity leave in the Investment Control team in Ireland. The role supports Asset Reporting under Solvency II and PRA Regulation, ensuring accurate fee collection and reconciliations for Utmost Group Ireland.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to improve operational controls and processes. Key tasks include data cleansing, large data analysis, and timely reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to follow processes and procedures and provide improvement feedback.
• 1-2 years of investments or financial experience.
• Third level qualification or relevant business experience.
• Experience of analysis, manipulation and cleansing of large data sets.
• Strong attention to detail under pressure and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the business in developing new initiatives.
• Follow processes and report issues to counterparty as needed.
• Work with large teams under demanding timelines.
• Prioritise tasks and work methodically to deliver timely reconciliations.
• Conduct policy reconciliation, data cleansing and investigation of discrepancies.
