Job summary

peninsula360 is seeking a Financial Control Assistant in Dublin on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on daily bank reconciliations, posting banking transactions in multi-currencies to all ledgers, and maintaining AR/AP ledgers to reflect accurate balances.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and with audit leads to provide transaction details for interim and year-end audits, ensuring timely and precise financial entries.

• Daily bank reconciliations and multi-currency postings to all ledgers.
• Maintain AR/AP ledgers to reflect accurate balances in monthly accounts.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reconciliations and ledger entries.
• Support interim and year-end audits by providing transaction details and allocations as required.
