FDC Financial Services Ltd in Ireland seeks a Qualified Financial Consultant for a maternity leave cover role within its growing advisory team. The position is based in Abbeyfeale with travel to surrounding offices and focuses on client relationships, comprehensive financial planning, and business development.

You will manage an existing client base and work to expand the portfolio by identifying client needs and delivering tailored investment, pension, savings, and protection solutions.

Qualifications

• Must hold QFA designation and be fully qualified.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive learner with drive for the company's growth.
• Systematic workload management and ability to prioritise.
• Team player with positive working relationships with coworkers and partners.
• Experience in a sales role within brokerage or similar is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning solutions, including tailored investments, pensions, savings and protection.
• Manage an existing portfolio of clients and develop relationships with new and existing clients in the region.
• Identify financial planning needs and generate new business with existing and potential clients to achieve targets.
• Deliver high-level professional advice and consultations tailored to clients' needs.
• Conduct in-depth evaluations of clients' financial situations, current provisions, future goals and risk attitude with a thorough fact-find.
• Assist in improving administrative processes with support staff and contribute to ongoing development.
