Job summary

Utmost Wealth Solutions in Ireland is seeking a Full-time, on-site professional to support the Investment Control team on Solvency II/EIOPA and PRA reporting. This fixed-term maternity cover (12-14 months) focuses on data reconciliation, fee collection, and regulatory controls within a demanding, fast-paced environment.

You will work with large data volumes, perform data cleansing, improve processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years investments/financial experience.
• Third level qualification or relevant business experience.
• Experience with analysis, manipulation and cleansing of large data sets.
• Strong Excel skills; VBA/SQL desirable but not essential.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of timely Policy Reconciliation Process for a large and diversified Custodian/DFM base, including data cleansing and investigation of unexplained discrepancies.
• Collection of fees and Italian Stamp Duty within increasingly tighter deadlines and reducing pre-funding amounts on a quarterly basis.
• Bank reconciliation process – ensuring number of unmatched transactions is minimised.
• Preparation and completion of monthly/quarterly reconciliations.
• Experience in continuous improvement of operational processes and systems with understanding of controls and risk in a regulatory environment.
• Reviews of risks, bottlenecks, issues and dependencies; work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
