Job summary

SEI Investments is seeking an Assistant Manager for Investor Services in Dublin. The role supports the Private Equity team, ensuring smooth investor account openings, accurate payments, and timely communications with investors and professionals. The position demands strong leadership, AML awareness, and deep knowledge of PE structures.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with Fund Accounting, and contribute to process improvements while upholding service standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a transfer agency role, with 3+ years in Private Equity.
  • Strong knowledge of Private Equity structures and fund domiciles/regulatory requirements.
  • Experience reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and Offering Memorandums.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Management of Investor Services Private Equity team.
  • Ensure smooth investor account opening and timely investor communication.
  • Oversee accuracy of investor payments and fund distributions.
  • Review LPAs and OMs pre-launch, flag potential operating issues.
  • Develop relationships with clients, lawyers, auditors and bankers.
  • Supervise and coach staff; run team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Private Equity Fund Accounting and ensure timely reporting.
  • Enforce service standards and deadlines; drive process improvements.
