LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Ltd. is seeking a Senior Payment Analyst to join our international fund administration team in Ireland. You will handle capital calls and distributions, execute payments, and coordinate with partners and banks to ensure timely processing.

You will guide junior colleagues and maintain our Treasury System while handling inbound data and document workflows. The role requires 5+ years in financial services, a relevant degree or apprenticeship, and fluency in English;

• 5+ years in financial services, ideally fund administration.
• Proven experience in payment processing and treasury operations.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

• Interact with external parties such as general partners and banks.
• Support the inbound data processing team and review incoming documents related to investments.
• Assist with data cleanup and filing in systems; manage centralized inboxes.

Job Description LGT Fund Managers provides in-house fund administration services for LGT Capital Partners and administers predominantly closed-ended private market fund structures across Liechtenstein, Ireland and Luxembourg. We are currently looking for a motivated Senior Payment Analyst to complement our dedicated team of over thirty fund administration specialists, focusing on providing a quality service to our growing client base. As a Senior Payment Analyst in our team, you will assume responsibility for the following tasks:

• Process investment capital calls and distributions, wire payment confirmations
• Execute payments accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful payment processing
• Coordinate junior team members and take ownership of the end-to-end process
• Maintain Treasury System with internal and external data
• Interaction with external parties such as general partners and banks
• Support the inbound data processing team
• Process incoming documents related to investments (i.e. filing, uploading)
• Assist with data clean up in systems, file documents
• Management of centralized email inboxes
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or finance, or an equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally in fund administration
• Proven experience in payment processing, treasury operations and call-back procedures (mandatory)
• Experience in guiding or coordinating junior team members
• Fluent in English
• German is an advantage
• Precise and accurate way of working, with a willingness to keep learning
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys a dynamic environment
