Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an experienced Investment Fund Reporting Senior to manage a portfolio of fund reporting clients, ensuring quality, timeliness and strong client relationships. You will review complex financial statements under US GAAP, IFRS and Lux GAAP, lead teams, coach staff and drive AI and automation initiatives across the reporting lifecycle.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification or IFAC equivalent.
• 6-8 years of experience in investment fund financial reporting.
• 3+ years leading teams, managing client engagements and project delivery.
• Deep knowledge of investment fund reporting under US GAAP, IFRS and Lux GAAP.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in AI use case assessment, risk control and measuring business value.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of investment fund reporting clients with accountability for quality, resourcing and timelines.
• Review financial statements, disclosures, supporting schedules and audit packs for completeness and consistency.
• Lead client, auditor and administrator relationships and resolve significant reporting issues.
• Develop team capability through coaching, training and succession planning.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives across the reporting lifecycle and define AI controls.
