Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking a senior fund reporting professional to lead delivery across investment fund reporting engagements, financial statement reviews and AI-enabled initiatives. You will manage client relationships, oversee teams and ensure timely, accurate reporting in line with US GAAP, IFRS and Lux GAAP.

With ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification and 6–8 years of fund reporting experience, you will coach juniors, drive automation, and coordinate with auditors and administrators.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified or IFAC qualification.
• 6–8 years of investment fund financial reporting experience, with at least 3 years leading teams.
• Deep knowledge of investment fund reporting under US GAAP, IFRS and Lux GAAP.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; stakeholder management.
• Ability to assess AI use cases and maintain reporting quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of investment fund reporting clients with accountability for quality, resourcing, timelines and delivery.
• Review financial statements, disclosures, schedules, and audit support packs for completeness.
• Lead client, auditor and administrator relationships and resolve significant reporting issues.
• Develop team capability through coaching, training and succession planning.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives across the reporting lifecycle and define controls for AI use.
