Job summary

Fidelity in Dublin is seeking an Investment Data Operations Analyst to join a fast‑paced team. You will perform data analysis, resolve data issues, and respond to helpdesk requests to ensure timely and accurate processing of daily operations.

The role requires a solid background in SQL, experience with investment data, and strong communication with clients and partners. A 6‑month fixed term contract with working hours on weekdays is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance, Investment Banking or related field.
• 2–3 years in Mutual Fund Operations or an Operations role within financial services.
• Experience with investment vehicle data including securities, mutual funds and indices.
• Proven ability to manage a dynamic workload in a complex environment.
• Working experience in SQL is a must; R/Python are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to support daily operations and resolve data issues.
• Respond to helpdesk queries with timely, accurate information.
• Identify data patterns and root causes to improve data quality.
• Coordinate with data vendors and partners across Fidelity.
• Assist in documenting procedures and testing process enhancements.
