Job summary

Eason Limited in Swords, Co. Dublin, seeks a Purchasing & Replenishment Coordinator for a 37.5-hour week on a permanent contract. The role focuses on stock replenishment, purchase orders, and data-driven insights to support the book strategy.

The successful candidate will manage new title allocations, maintain stock files, analyse stock and sales, and generate reports to inform allocations and KPI tracking. This is based at Eason’s Support Office in Swords.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, including Power Pivot Tables.
• Working knowledge of AX Dynamics ERP and Microsoft Office packages.
• Experience in retail business.
• Ability to design and produce reports from data cubes in Excel.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to act on your own initiative.
• Excellent Analytical skills.
• Task oriented with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal parties.
• Pro-active teamwork and strong relationship building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Stock control and title allocations; manage stock for events and store promotions.
• Support replenishment with weekly POs and supplier liaison.
• Generate and maintain stock reports and data for allocations.
• Collate and manage weekly store stock requests and related analytics.
