Job summary

We are hiring a Clinical Specialist Radiographer - Interventional Radiology for a reputed hospital in Dublin, Ireland. This is a permanent full-time position working within a dynamic interventional radiology department.

The role requires a Diploma of Radiography, CORU registration and a minimum of six years post-graduate experience with substantial IR exposure. You will lead and support radiography staff, ensure safety standards, and contribute to training and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BSc in Radiography with CORU registration.
• Minimum 6 years post-graduate Radiography experience.
• Extensive Interventional Radiology experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures with high patient care standards.
• Assist radiologists and multidisciplinary teams in complex procedures.
• Operate and maintain interventional radiology equipment per protocols.
• Ensure radiation protection for patients and staff.
• Provide guidance and supervision to Radiographers and junior staff.
• Maintain accurate imaging records and reports.
• Contribute to quality assurance and service improvement activities.
