Qualifications

• Bachelor of Radiography Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Current CORU registration is essential.
• Experience working as a Cath Lab Radiographer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic clinical environment.
• Strong commitment to quality, patient safety and best clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures within the Cath Lab.
• Assist cardiologists and the multidisciplinary team during cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Prepare and operate specialised Cath Lab imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure radiation safety standards are maintained for patients, staff and visitors.
• Monitor patients before, during and after procedures and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain imaging records, patient documentation and procedural data.
