Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Shannon is seeking a Freight Co-ordinator to join our Air and Ocean team. You will coordinate international import and export shipments, ensuring they are processed efficiently and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of air freight operational experience, familiarity with Air Waybills and customs documentation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of air freight operations experience in freight forwarding.
• Proficiency with industry terms and documents (Air Waybills, Master Air Waybills, customs docs).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day import/export shipments with customers, airlines, and offices.
• Provide proactive shipment updates and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with Irish Revenue regulations and IATA security requirements.
