Job summary

Logiskills in North Dublin is seeking an experienced Air Import Coordinator to join our busy logistics team. You will manage shipments end-to-end, ensuring documentation, customs compliance and timely communications with customers.

The role requires 2–3 years of multi-modal forwarding experience, strong freight knowledge across air, sea and road, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide regular updates to customers and maintain strong working relationships.
• Assist with invoicing, cost control and operational records.
• Ensure all processes meet compliance and regulatory requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Import Coordinator to join our busy logistics team. This role is ideal for someone with strong freight forwarding knowledge who can confidently manage international shipments and support the smooth running of import operations across air, sea and road freight.

You will be responsible for coordinating shipments from start to finish, ensuring all documentation, customs requirements and customer communications are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily import activities and oversee shipments throughout the full lifecycle
• Coordinate international freight movements with carriers, agents and internal teams
• Prepare and check customs paperwork and shipping documentation

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with project cargo, out-of-gauge shipments or specialist equipment movements would be an advantage
