Job summary

Cpl in Dublin is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the roadmap and strategy for our international marketplace initiatives. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science and GTM teams to deliver high-impact features for both consumer and seller sides.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and the opportunity to shape product strategy as one of the first hires in the Dublin hub.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Experience launching and managing B2B products with high ownership
• Strong customer empathy and ability to understand problems quickly

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy, aligning with business goals and seller needs
• Guide cross-functional teams through ideation, design, development, launch, and optimization of products
• Decompose complex problems into clear requirements and priorities for iterative delivery
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Analytics to turn insights into actions
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and GTM teams to launch and grow revenue-driving features
• Analyze impact using data to inform product success
