Job summary

Deloitte Ireland is seeking an Internal Communications Assistant Manager for the Dublin office, hybrid 1–2 days in the office. You will lead internal communications for a specific business unit, work with senior leaders, and mentor a team, shaping strategic messaging across the firm.

The role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with a starting salary of €61,100, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative, flat team structure.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in internal communications with leadership background.
• Proven ability to manage and develop direct reports.
• Able to quickly understand complex business environments in a fast-paced corporate setting.
• Experience in large organisations, preferably tech sector or Big4/6 firms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies for a specific business unit.
