As an Internal Communications Assistant Manager, your work will be varied and impactful. You will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies for a specific business unit, ensuring alignment with Deloitte's overall objectives. Working closely with senior leadership to craft compelling messages, managing and mentoring direct reports, and actively participating in monthly strategic meetings. A portion of your time will be dedicated to building relationships and networking within the Dublin office to ensure effective communication flow and understanding. While specific time allocations will vary, you will have considerable autonomy in planning and executing your communication initiatives, guided by strategic objectives.
