Job summary

Primark is seeking an Internal Communications Business Partner for a 12-month FTC in Ireland. You will develop and deliver internal comms strategies across global objectives, producing content across storytelling, video, digital, and social channels to boost colleague engagement.

You will partner with senior leaders to craft a consistent narrative aligned with Primark's strategy, values and behaviours, and manage campaigns with stakeholders and campaigns including crisis communications as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in internal communications.
• Ability to translate complex business information into clear communications.
• Experience delivering multi-channel comms across large organisations.
• Crisis communications experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills.

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

• Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with Primark’s global business objectives and market priorities.
• Create engaging, best-in-class content across storytelling, video, digital, and social channels to strengthen colleague engagement and brand advocacy.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape and communicate a consistent narrative aligned with Primark’s strategy, purpose, values, and behaviours.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs teams to plan and execute integrated communication campaigns, managing stakeholders, timelines, and delivery.
• Drive adoption of internal communication channels, including ZING, through impactful content and performance measurement.
• Support key events, crisis communications, and major colleague engagement initiatives from planning through execution.

• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering large-scale, multi-channel internal communication strategies within complex or global organisations.
• Strong ability to translate complex business information into clear, engaging, and impactful communications across multiple channels.
• Proven experience managing and delivering effective crisis communications.
• Proactive and self-motivated professional with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
• Creative storyteller with a keen eye for detail and a track record of developing innovative colleague engagement initiatives.
