  • Act as gatekeeper and first contact for partners.
  • Provide EA support to 2-3 partners and their teams.
  • Manage complex diaries and prioritise appointments.
  • Arrange complex travel.
  • Handle calls and interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
  • Organise internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain client contact information in the CRM.
  • Maintain templates for key client documents.
  • Liaise with Client Take On Team for onboarding of clients.
  • Manage all correspondence.
  • Agenda planning and minute-taking at team meetings.
  • Prepare presentation slides using PowerPoint.
  • Business continuity planning.
  • Assist with coordination of special projects.
  • Ad-hoc administration duties.

What does the position entail?
  • Act as a gatekeeper / first point of contact for their partners
  • EA to 2-3 partners and provision of administrative support to key members of their teams
  • Complex diary management and planning through prioritisation of appointments

  • Receiving calls and dealing with clients and colleagues in a professional manner

  • Maintenance of client contact information within the CRM system
  • Maintaining templates for key client documents

What skills will the successful candidate have?
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive issues in a reliable and discreet manner
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team, while also being able to use initiative when needed
  • Have the ability to communicate professionally and articulately at all levels
  • Have strong organisational skills and an efficient approach to organising their tasks
  • Have a strong client focus
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Be flexible and adaptable to learning/taking on new tasks and responsibilities
  • Be proficient in MS Office packages
  • Knowledge of CRM would be an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be given
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
