Brown Thomas Arnotts seeks an Internal Audit Manager on a fixed-term maternity cover. Based in Dublin, you will lead audits, manage risks and regulatory requirements, and drive improvements across the business while collaborating with Finance, IT and operations teams.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, experience in group internal audit, and the ability to deliver audits and action plans within agreed timelines. Travel regionally and to London is possible.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant with 6–8 years post-qualification experience in internal audit and risk management.
• Experience leading internal audits, risk assessments and control testing.
• Ability to work across multi-country teams and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities at senior levels.
• Proven ability to develop and implement audit plans and improve controls.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, fieldwork and reporting of internal audits and advisory reviews.
• Evaluate internal controls using data analytics and testing to identify risks.
• Prepare concise audit reports and agree practical remediation with Audit Committee.
• Build relationships with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Group Internal Audit to ensure consistent practices.
• Oversee regulatory compliance oversight and governance committees.
