Job summary

Global Professional Consultants Ireland is recruiting for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established building contractor in Limerick. This role involves preparing budgets, monitoring costs, and collaborating closely with site teams to ensure projects run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience and a relevant degree, along with proficiency in cost control and procurement practices. A competitive salary package of €70k – €80k DOE is offered, along with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role with a main building contractor.
• Experience working on medium to large-scale building projects.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans.
• Monitor costs and report on cost value reconciliation.
• Assist with procurement of subcontract packages.
