Job summary

AECOM in Dublin is seeking an ambitious Interface Manager to join the Transportation team. You will coordinate design packages across roads, rail and public transport, lead multidisciplinary teams and drive integration across project interfaces in Ireland's major infrastructure programmes.

You will engage clients, authorities and contractors, ensure HSSEQ compliance, and mentor staff while delivering projects to programme and budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in interface, construction or project management for major infra projects.
• Degree in engineering or related discipline; chartered status is desirable.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver complex projects on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate design packages on complex infrastructure programmes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to meet time, budget and quality targets.
• Coordinate interfaces across packages to achieve fully integrated delivery.
• Act as primary client, contractor and authority liaison for interface management.
• Prepare technical reports, design submissions and tender documentation.
• Ensure HSSEQ compliance and alignment with project objectives.
