Job summary

Procore Technologies in Dublin is seeking an Integration Support Specialist to join our ERP Support Team in a hybrid Dublin office. You’ll bridge ERP integrations, Procore Analytics, and CDE, resolving complex issues and building domain expertise for our European growth.

You’ll collaborate with Technical Support, Product, and Customer Success to diagnose data sync failures, craft SQL queries, and troubleshoot accounting workflows for seamless financial integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of technical support with deep understanding of Procore Platform and Procore Financials.
• Technical aptitude for PowerBI reporting and SQL-based data troubleshooting.
• Strong ‘bridge-building’ communication to translate between financial workflows and reporting.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment while managing shifting priorities between ERP, Analytics, CDE and Procore Financials.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives on resolving “Why” and “How” questions for complex data syncs.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex Tier 2 technical issues across ERP Integrations, Procore Analytics, and CDE, focusing on financial sync errors and reporting.
• Troubleshoot integration issues in the customer’s Windows environment or Procore internal microservices, often in a queue-based system.
• Provide support for live customer interactions (phone and chat) and email, managing interruptible work while prioritizing customer experience.
• Manage backlog of cases in Salesforce, Jira, or Zendesk while taking on new cases daily.
• Escalate issues with development by submitting JIRAs and resolving API-related errors.
• Navigate technical ambiguity with strong problem-solving skills to diagnose new issues.
• Demonstrate Ownership by driving customer outcomes and resolving issues.

We are looking for an Integration Support Specialist (ISS) to join Procore’s ERP Support Team in our Dublin office.

This high-impact role is ideal for technical experts seeking to build deep domain expertise. As the technical bridge between ERP integrations, Procore Analytics, and CDE (BIM/PDM) - our primary growth driver in Europe - play a key role in our regional expansion.

You’ll collaborate with Technical Support, Product, and Customer Success to resolve complex issues - diagnosing data sync failures, crafting SQL queries, and troubleshooting intricate accounting workflows to ensure seamless financial integrations. Your technical expertise will flex to meet regional demand, driving outcomes across CDE and Analytics while providing advanced support for ERP workflows.

This position reports into a Manager, ERP Support and will be based in our Dublin office, Hybrid. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Investigate and resolve complex Tier 2 technical issues across Procore’s ERP Integrations, Procore Analytics, and CDE (BIM/PDM), focusing on financial sync errors, SQL/Power BI custom reporting, and model/data discrepancies.

• Troubleshoot integration technical issues that occur within the customer’s Windows environment or Procore’s internal microservices, often working in a queue-based system.

• Provide support for live customer interactions (phone and chat) as well as email, managing interruptible work while prioritizing customer experience.

• Manage efficiently a backlog of cases in ticketing systems like Salesforce, Jira, or Zendesk while actively taking on new cases daily.

• Escalate issues appropriately by collaborating with development team members to submit JIRAs and resolve API-related errors.

• Navigate technical ambiguity with confidence, applying strong problem-solving skills to diagnose brand new issues.

• Demonstrate a commitment to Ownership by taking accountability for customer outcomes and driving issues to resolution.

• Communicate openly and clearly with customers and internal stakeholders, providing transparent and optimistic updates throughout the troubleshooting process.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, with a deep understanding of the Procore Platform and Procore Financials.

• Technical aptitude for PowerBI reporting and SQL-based data troubleshooting.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

37,600.00 - 51,700.00 EUR Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
