Job summary

Allianz Partners is seeking a Fronting Governance & Data Liaison to coordinate fronting-related activities within the Underwriting function in Dublin. You will drive governance design, data flows, and stakeholder collaboration to improve processes and controls.

You will own end-to-end fronting data processes, reconcile data across systems, and contribute to commercial terms input while ensuring governance compliance for fronted and captive contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Actuarial).
• Min 3+ years work experience in insurance fronting, captive or reinsurance.
• Strong analytical capability to structure and reconcile data.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel for data analysis; Outlook/Word/PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data flows, data quality, data reconciliation; SQL is a plus.
• Process improvement mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a Fronting Governance Model with stakeholders including Group UW, Finance, and Insurer Network Management.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align on fronting matters and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive cross-functional implementation.
• Own reporting requirements and data transfers to fronting partners.
• Ensure compliance with governance requirements for fronted contracts and captives.
