Fruition Group Ireland seeks an experienced Business Analyst on a 12-month contract to support a critical process change project in General Insurance. The role focuses on mapping processes, coordinating across departments, and supporting testing and UAT activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a BA, with Regulatory FS sector experience and proficiency in Visio or similar tools. Governance and change materials support will be part of the remit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst
• FS sector experience required (Regulatory background)
• Experience in process mapping using Visio or similar tools
• Background in process improvements
• Exposure to project delivery cycles and coordination
• Hands-on testing support including UAT and functional testing

Responsabilités

• Lead analysis and documentation of business processes across multiple departments.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and refine requirements.
• Produce clear process maps using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with project managers to support planning, reporting, and coordination.
• Support testing phase by developing test cases and assisting in execution and defect tracking.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Assist in change management and training materials preparation.
