Qualifications

• Strong technical IFRS/FRS102 knowledge including insurance specifics.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise large audit assignments.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Insurance clients.
• Support business development with Partners and Directors.
• Manage budgeting, fees, billing and cash collection for client portfolios.
• Lead and supervise large audit engagements.
• Plan, resource and develop staff on engagements.
• Maintain relationships across the firm and with other business areas.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the Insurance team.
