Brightwater Recruitment is partnering with a global financial services group expanding its Dublin presence. They are hiring 10+ insurance associates to support rapid growth and deliver exceptional service.

You will provide expert support to members via phone, identify needs, present insurance solutions, and grow with a high-performing team. A graduate or CIP/APAs is preferred; competitive salary, health insurance, bonus and pension are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service or insurance.
• Customer contact experience in an insurance sales or service environment preferred.
• Experience multitasking in a Windows environment.
• Excellent business English skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Ideally a graduate or postgraduate with APA or CIP qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support and guidance to members via phone
• Find practical solutions to complex issues, ensuring a positive experience
• Collaborate with a team of committed professionals working toward shared goals

• Deliver outstanding customer service, handling member requests, researching queries, and resolving disputes efficiently
• Build strong member relationships by gathering information, identifying life events, assessing needs, and presenting appropriate insurance solutions
• Proactively identify and recommend suitable insurance products to meet member needs

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales, customer service or insurance
• Customer contact experience in an insurance sales or service environment (preferred but not essential)
• Experience multitasking in a Windows environment
• Excellent business English skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
