Job summary

Actavo Group is seeking an on-site broadband installation operative in Ireland. You will install and service products to client specifications, while prioritising safety and excellent customer service. You’ll work to KPI targets and represent the brand professionally with clients and on-site teams.

The role requires a full clean licence, solid literacy/numeric/IT skills and the ability to work at heights. You’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering dependable network infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• A full, clean driver’s licence is required.
• Good literacy, numeric and IT skills.
• Technical/Installations minded with strong customer focus.
• Strong communication and time management to meet KPI targets.
• Ability to work at heights and comply with health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures.
• Install and service broadband products to a standard set out by the Client.
• Work to achieve Key Performance Indicators set out by Client and Actavo.
