Job summary

Logiskills in Dublin North is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by coordinating customer RFQs, pricing and tender submissions across airfreight, ocean freight and operations.

The role requires strong organisational, administrative and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments. It is a full-time, office-based position with Mon-Fri hours and a competitive package plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain.
• Exposure to RFQs, tender administration or freight pricing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer RFQs, quotations and tender submissions.
• Liaise with airfreight and ocean freight teams to obtain pricing and service information.
• Prepare accurate and timely tender responses.
• Maintain RFQ records, pricing information and documentation.

A long-established Dublin-based freight forwarder now requires an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by coordinating customer RFQs, pricing and tender submissions, working closely with airfreight, ocean freight and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:
