Job summary

IoT Tribe is expanding its Venture Incubation & Acceleration team in Ireland. We are hiring a proactive Associate to coordinate operations, events, mentors and programme data to deliver high-quality experiences for startups, corporate partners and colleagues.

The role suits someone early in their career who enjoys creating structure, reliable systems, and clear stakeholder communication, with the ability to work independently while keeping colleagues informed.

Qualifications

• Up to two years’ relevant professional experience or internships, projects, volunteering, events experience.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and reliability.
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace (calendars, docs, slides, sheets).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with team support.
• Willingness to learn new digital platforms and systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Legal authorisation to work in Ireland.
• Experience coordinating events, projects or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Familiarity with startups, energy, technology, or university/corporate partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day programme operations, schedules, communications, trackers and delivery checklists.
• Support onboarding with materials, access and information for teams.
• Maintain calendars, deadlines and deliverables; ensure timely communication.
• Deliver a consistent, professional participant experience across programmes.
• Organise workshops, webinars, networking events and ecosystem activities.
• Manage venue, meeting-room, attendee, supplier and run-of-show logistics.
• Prepare materials and share information with the right people in advance.
• Coordinate mentor and expert engagement, onboarding and briefing materials.
• Maintain records and data on programmes, KPIs and participants.
• Support recruitment activities and alumni/community engagement.
