Job summary

Tirlán is seeking a Graduate R&D Associate to join our Innovation team onsite at Ballyragget. The role reports to the R&D Senior Manager and supports the delivery of our Research & Development functions.

Located in Kilkenny, you will work with cross-functional teams, participate in customer collaborative projects and gain hands-on experience across technical testing, analysis and pilot scale activities. Growth and collaboration are valued here.

Qualifications

• High academic record and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of customer collaborative projects with other R&D teams.
• Work as part of a cross-functional team with customers and Tirlán functions.
• Participate in and support testing at technical, analytical, and pilot scales.
• Work with customer teams to complete projects on time and in scope.
• Prepare and present products, concepts, and ideas.
• Carry out bench and pilot-scale experiments and analyze prototypes.
• Stay updated with relevant technical developments in the field.
• Champion health and safety by delivering a safety-first mindset.
