Qualifications

• Proven experience in development planning or a similar role.
• Relative experience working within a Local Authority or with the TIC process.
• Strong knowledge of the Taking in Charge process.
• Proficiency in documentation and software tools.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and timeline for Taking in Charge of developments.
• Aid in the design of project infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain monthly reporting on TIC status.
• Manage utility applications and relationships with stakeholders.
• Inform about changes in legislation pertaining to TIC.
