Job summary

AECOM in Dublin seeks an ambitious Interface Manager to join its Transportation team. You will lead design and delivery across roads, rail, public transport and greenways, coordinating interfaces and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of complex projects.

You will oversee security strategies, provide technical guidance, and mentor engineers while ensuring alignment with Irish/EU standards and HSSEQ requirements. Hybrid working and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in interface, construction or PM for high-value infra projects.
• Degree in engineering or related discipline; Masters/Chartered highly desirable.
• Proven track record leading teams on complex roads/rail/public transport projects.
• Strong knowledge of Irish/European design standards and planning processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex infrastructure on time and on budget.
• Coordinate design and construction interfaces across packages for integrated delivery.
• Act as primary client and stakeholder liaison (TII, NTA, Local Authorities).
• Prepare, review technical reports, planning apps and tender documents.
• Ensure HSSEQ compliance and align deliverables with project goals.
• Drive efficiency, innovation, and digital delivery across projects.
• Develop interface strategy and document interactions across lifecycle.
