Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Reporting Lead in Dublin to coordinate programme reporting for PMO and governance stakeholders. You will act as a bridge between project delivery teams, leadership and client representatives to ensure timely delivery of high-quality information.

The role requires strong leadership of reporting resources, advanced analytics, and the ability to present complex data to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Project Management, Commercial Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in performance and reporting activities.
• At least 5 years' experience supporting major infrastructure/transportation projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of programme reporting, governance and project controls.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of programme reporting to PMO and governance stakeholders.
• Serve as a key point of contact between project teams, programme leadership and client representatives.
• Drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement across reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain performance reporting frameworks, dashboards and management information.
• Analyse project, schedule and financial performance data to support decision-making.
• Lead and mentor reporting and performance resources within the project team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice across project and programme teams.
• Present complex technical and performance information to senior stakeholders.
• Support governance activities, risk reporting and programme performance reviews.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
