Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Infrastructure in Dublin on behalf of a leading semi-state organisation. You will lead a PM team delivering services to Government Departments and Agencies and shape governance across large-scale public capital projects.

You will manage design, planning, procurement and construction phases, drive climate action strategies, and prepare board papers and reports while maintaining robust risk, cost, and change controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction, engineering, quantity surveying, project management, architecture or building services related discipline.
• Chartered membership of a relevant professional body is desirable.
• Project management qualification is desirable.
• Knowledge of climate change/sustainability, environmental, social and governance factors on large scale building projects.
• Knowledge of lifecycle governance and approvals for public infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a project management team delivering services to Government Departments and Agencies.
• Create and maintain stakeholder relationships and governance structures, chair project team meetings and represent the NDFA at key project meetings.
• Develop strong relationships with counterparties.
• Oversee project management through design, planning, procurement and construction phases of large-scale public capital projects.
• Implement climate action/sustainability strategies and oversee scheme design and planning for high sustainable development standards.
• Prepare high quality reports, recommendations, board papers and presentations.
• Monitor and report project risks and controls including costs, change control, programme, health and safety and construction quality.
• Procurement and management of external advisors.
• Provide support and advice to Government Departments and Agencies in delivering on capital investment priorities.
