State Street seeks a Lead Infrastructure Engineer for Citrix in Azure to own end-to-end architecture and lifecycle management of the Citrix platform. You will provide technical leadership to clients and SaaS Operations, ensuring resilience, automation, and high availability across global deployments.

You will guide environment provisioning, security configurations, incident resolution, and DR validation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline such as Computer Science, IT, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Four (4) years of Operational experience supporting mission critical production systems in an Enterprise-level Azure cloud environment
• Expert-level knowledge of Citrix related infrastructure including NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Federated Authentication Service/FAS, and Cloud Connectors
• Solid understanding of core IT concepts such as load-balancing, DNS, SSL certificates, networking, SAML / Single Sign-On, and Entra Id
• Four (4) years experience administering MS Windows Server systems, Certificate Services, MS Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills, methodology, and experience with Azure Log Analytics
• A strong sense of customer service, attention to detail, and issue ownership
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives

Job Description

Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Citrix, VP

Who We Are Looking For

Charles River provides an end-to-end solution to automate investment management functions across asset classes on a single platform. Delivered as a hosted service, the solution improves data quality and investment professional productivity, controls risk and lowers technology costs. The selected candidate will own end-to-end architecture, design standards, and lifecycle management of Citrix platform. They will provide technical leadership and guidance to both clients and Charles River Saas Operations teams on all aspects of our cloud-based production Citrix Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Saas Operations and Engineering teams to provide Citrix infrastructure support for our large and complex base of global clients.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $202,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
