Job summary

State Street seeks a Lead Infrastructure Engineer for Citrix in Azure to own end-to-end architecture and lifecycle management of the Citrix platform. You will provide technical leadership to clients and SaaS Operations, ensuring resilience, automation, and high availability across global deployments.

You will guide environment provisioning, security configurations, incident resolution, and DR validation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline such as Computer Science, IT, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Four (4) years of Operational experience supporting mission critical production systems in an Enterprise-level Azure cloud environment
• Expert-level knowledge of Citrix related infrastructure including NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Federated Authentication Service/FAS, and Cloud Connectors
• Solid understanding of core IT concepts such as load-balancing, DNS, SSL certificates, networking, SAML / Single Sign-On, and Entra Id
• Four (4) years experience administering MS Windows Server systems, Certificate Services, MS Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills, methodology, and experience with Azure Log Analytics
• A strong sense of customer service, attention to detail, and issue ownership
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Saas Operations and Engineering teams to provide Citrix infrastructure support for our large and complex base of global clients
• Assist in resolving priority incidents to quickly eliminate impacts, participate in root-cause analysis, and support subsequent corrective and preventative actions
• Assist with onboarding of clients, including environment provisioning, customer connectivity, service and identity integration, and security configuration
• Ensure highest levels of service availability through resilient design, monitoring, and automation with strong focus on continuous improvement
• Define and maintain reference architecture and documentation for our Citrix environments in Azure
• Own Disaster Recovery strategy and validation processes
• Collaborate with Operations teams to streamline support and troubleshooting processes
