Job summary

Transport Infrastructure Ireland seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and governance for MetroLink, reporting to the CEO Designate with direct reports to functional heads. The role ensures robust financial control while enabling long‑term, capital‑intensive infrastructure delivery through oversight of finance, EPMO, HR, Governance & Legal and ICT.

Qualifications

15+ years of senior finance leadership experience overseeing large capital investments.
Experience delivering governance and assurance for major infrastructure programmes.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial modelling.
Track record leading audits, statutory reporting and financial governance.
Proven ability to lead change management and develop people.

Responsibilities

Establish and mobilise the CFO function across Finance, EPMO, HR, Governance & Legal and ICT.
Provide strategic leadership on financial strategy, governance and performance.
Oversee multi‑annual funding, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting to the Board and external stakeholders.
Ensure robust internal controls and risk management across the organisation.
Lead reporting to MPGOG, MPAG and other government bodies; maintain portfolio visibility.
