Job summary

Transport Infrastructure Ireland seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy, governance and performance for MetroLink, ensuring robust controls while enabling large-scale infrastructure delivery. The role reports to the CEO Designate with direct reports across finance, governance, HR and ICT.

The CFO will provide strategic leadership, oversee multi-year funding, budgeting, risk management and statutory reporting, ensuring value for public money and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 15+ years' senior finance leadership experience in large capital investment programmes.
• Experience with multi-million Euro budgets and funding models.
• Proven track record of audits, statutory reporting, and financial governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and mobilise CFO function including Finance, EPMO, HR, Governance & Legal, and ICT.
• Provide executive oversight of the Enterprise PMO and portfolio reporting to the Board and Executive Team.
• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and internal controls across the organisation.
• Oversee annual CA audit and statutory financial statements and tax compliance.
