Blackrock Clinic in Dublin, Ireland, on site, seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 to lead infection prevention and control projects. The role provides high-level clinical leadership across IPC and project activities, with responsibility for staffing, policy development and governance.

The CNM3 will drive risk assessment, audits, education, and liaison with IPC teams and construction/project colleagues to ensure patient safety and compliance with national and international standards.

Formación

• Be registered in the General Division of the NMBI.
• Have a recognised IPC level 9+ qualification.
• Minimum 3 years IPC experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience in risk assessment prior to renovation/construction and IPC projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for IPC and projects across the hospital.
• Manage IPC staff and resources to deliver high standards of service.
• Develop and implement IPC service plans, policies, and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with risks, quality improvement and governance.
• Liaise with internal/external teams on renovation and redevelopment projects.
• Provide reports on IPC KPIs and project progress.
