Blackrock Clinic, part of Blackrock Health, seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 – Project Manager in Infection Prevention and Control to lead IPC across renovation and construction projects. The role requires strategic IPC leadership, risk assessment, education and governance to ensure patient safety and compliance with national and international standards.

The CNM3 will manage IPC staff, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and drive quality improvement across hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Be registered with the general division of the NMBI.
• Hold an Infection Prevention and Control qualification (level 9 or above).
• Be PRINCE2 certified or willing to complete promptly.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level professional and clinical leadership to IPC and projects teams.
• Lead strategy, planning and evaluation of IPC services in renovation/construction.
• Ensure risk assessment, quality improvement and audit across projects.
• Coordinate with hospital teams and external bodies on infection prevention.
• Prepare reports on IPC activity and KPIs for project meetings.
