Job summary

Clarks Outlet Ireland is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to deliver a standout customer experience in-store while achieving set targets and KPIs. You will actively promote products, share knowledge, and uphold the brand’s high retail standards.

Flexibility is essential to cover a7-day shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive package and opportunities to grow with a heritage brand of 200 years.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers' experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI's by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• We require a full time availability for this contract.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
