Job summary

Clarks Outlet in Ireland is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to provide an engaging consumer experience in-store while meeting set targets and KPIs. You will help drive sales of shoes and accessories using Clarks selling models and assist in maintaining high retail standards both front and back of house.

The role requires flexibility for a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, with full-time availability for the contract. Relevant security procedures will be observed.

Qualifications

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumer's experience.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI's by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas to deliver high brand and retail standards.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Full-time availability for this contract and adherence to cash and stock security procedures.
