Job summary

Clarks in Ireland is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store while meeting set targets and KPIs. You will sell shoes and accessories using Clarks selling models and help maintain high retail standards both front and back of house.

The role requires a friendly, energetic attitude, flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays, and full-time availability. You will receive training and opportunities to grow within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality brand experience and use technology to enhance the customer journey.
• Achieve KPIs and sales targets set by store management.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards for brand presentation.
• Process transactions and handle cash and stock securely in line with company procedures.
• Assist with visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
