Job summary

Clarks Outlet in Ireland is seeking a Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store while delivering set targets and KPIs. You will sell shoes and accessories using Clarks selling models and help maintain high retail standards front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
