Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in Ireland with 0-2 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with practical commercial focus.
• Good understanding of governance and regulatory considerations.
• Experience with commercial contracts and general business matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Provide support on disputes, debt recovery and enforcement matters as needed.
• Deliver practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders on day-to-day queries.
• Contribute to corporate governance and regulatory initiatives.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk and data privacy teams on policies.
